Are you a high school senior or presently attending a college or university in an undergraduate program?

Have you participated in the Montgomery County 4-H Program for a minimum of three years?

Are you planning to major in or you are currently enrolled in either agricultural sciences or family consumer sciences/human development fields?

Have you achieved a superior academic record or show promise of outstanding academic success?

You must submit an application, a high school transcript and college transcript if presently enrolled, two (2) letters of recommendation from a variety of sources – may include teachers, volunteer leaders, community leaders, etc.
