The Farm, Home, and Youth Foundation of Montgomery County supports 4-H through fundraising and other financial means, events, use of the facilities and grounds, and the belief that our youth are our future.

However, the 4-H Program is administered by Pennsylvania State University 4-H Youth Division of Cooperative Extension who is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the work throughout the state. County extension agents supervise 4-H in the individual counties.
