The Farm, Home, & Youth Foundation is proud to award the inaugural Patti Colby Leadership Scholarship to Giuseppe Schiano, former President of Pennsylvania 4-H State Council at Penn State Extension, and long time 4-H member whose life Patti helped shape through years of encouragement and mentorship.
