The Farm, Home, & Youth Fair opens to the public on

Thursday, August 6th at 4 PM!!

Main Fair entrance: 131 Cressman Road, Collegeville PA

Vendor and Handicap parking: 1015 Bridge Road, Collegeville, PA

  • Some animal exhibits/activities may be dependent on the weather.

  • The display gardens are open most hours of the Fair.

  • Be sure to visit our exhibits in the air-conditioned building!!

    • Indoor Exhibits (Meeting Rooms & Gym)

    • Quilt Exhibits (Maple Room)

Entry Drop Off

Beech Room, at the back of the building

  • Tuesday, August 4, 2026

    • Between 2 PM and 7 PM

    • All remaining 4-H and Open class entries including perishable items

    • All digital photography entries must be submitted electronically by 7 PM

  • Perishable food entries (baked goods) can be picked up after judging and a color photo can be left to display. 

  • 4-H and building exhibits will be released at 4 PM on Saturday and must remain in place until then.

Contest Rules:

  • Crayon or colored pencils only. Other mediums will not be judged.

  • Must be individual's own work

  • Coloring pages may be completed in advance and brought to the Fair or can be completed at the Info tent during the Fair. Coloring pages can be downloaded from our website

  • One entry per person, per day.

  • Ribbons awarded for 1st through 3rd place in each division, each day

Age groups, as of January 1st:

  • Under age 5

  • Ages 5-7

  • Ages 8-10

  • Ages 11-13

  • Ages 14-16

  • Ages 16-18

  • Ages 18+

Support an event by sponsoring! Donate directly to the Foundation! Attend an event! Proceeds from fundraisers and public events that are hosted by the Foundation go directly to the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds, in support of the 4-H clubs that call the Complex home. Your donations and sponsorships are tax deductible.

We have volunteer opportunies!

Established in 1984, The Farm, Home, & Youth Foundation of Montgomery County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that owns and operates the Farm, Home, & Youth Complex (formerly known as the Montgomery County 4-H Center) in Collegeville, PA.  The Foundation donates use of the facilities to the numerous county 4-H clubs that are based in Montgomery County. This includes animal science clubs like livestock, beekeeping, seeing eye puppy club, and poultry as well as horse science clubs, and community clubs like sewing and crafting.  Proceeds from public events that are hosted by the Foundation go directly to the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds. We are a private non-profit and do not receive any government funding or funding from Penn State/4-H.
